KATAQI FLOW

is a series of cognitive body & mind unity exercises practised as a form of meditation, mindfulness & power fitness exercises.

KataQi Flow teaches us to do something with focus and focussing on a desired outcome.

We must have more than a clear intention of what we want. We must develop the skill of enacting the intention to create the outcome we desire.

KataQi Flow is everything we do, as long as we’re paying full attention, have a plan and we’re in discover & develop mode. This is a state of mind where we are paying attention to our body (inside & out) as we discover a connection that develops better Qi or Quantum Energy. We then work on developing this further, until we are in a place to discover the next areas of development in our life.
